The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the activities. the staff was friendly, and gave us good recommendations on where to go for New Year's Eve. the hotel had a nice view of the city from the rooftop. the breakfast was standard, with various options.
The hotel lacked hot water for showers, which was a huge disappointment. the staff was unable to fix the issue and we had to shower in cold water, which ruined our New Year's Eve.

The location of the hotel was great, it was close to many tourist attractions and public transportation. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, they were always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. The breakfast provided was also a big plus, it had a good variety of options to choose from.
The hotel had some issues with maintenance. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, it was either too hot or too cold.

They even called us before closing the kitchen in the morning to ensure we didn't miss breakfast. the manager went above and beyond by personally coming down to bid our family farewell. It was evident that their friendly atmosphere and trustworthy nature were important to them. the price and location met our needs, providing us with a convenient base for our activities. the included breakfast was good, offering a satisfying start to our day.
The hotel lacks luxury amenities, but it still met our needs and expectations.
